- Full name and contact details of the supplier, including geographical address, URL (web address), email address and telephone number.
- Business' legal incorporation status, supplier registration number and place of registration.
- Details of membership in regulatory or accreditation bodies and the contact information of such bodies.
- Description of any codes of conduct to which the supplier subscribes and how that code may be accessed electronically by the consumer.
- Full description and price of the goods, services or facilities, including any additional costs, such as taxes and transportation costs.
- Method of payment required by the supplier, dispatch and, or delivery.
- Terms of the agreement, guarantees, including electronic access to such details.
- Return, exchange and refund policy.
- Security procedures and privacy policy.
- The manner and period within which consumers can access and maintain.
